Biggby coffee is the best! With three locations downtown this store is my favorite. Seating gets a little packed during the week so maybe not the best location for meeting or sitting and doing work. Even when the line is long they always get your coffee out fast!

Angie and Jessica have to be the best employees I have ever met. Their attitude is amazing and you can tell they truly care about their customers. Because of these 2 amazing workers i. went from a sad bad day to smiling so big i could eat a banana sideways. I will come back here again just because of them

Nothing personal against this particular Biggby coffee, but I only went there because downtown Lansing is barren. They are overpriced and the drinks taste like straight flavored sugar.
